August 2011: Successful defense of CO, USS ENTERPRISE, at Navy Board of Inquiry at Norfolk over production of alleged lewd videos shown to the crew, resulting in retention on active duty.

July 2011: Successful BCNR application resulting in removal of adverse fitness report from a Marine (O-4) officer's OMPF.

July 2011: Representation of soldier (E-3) in Article 32 hearing charged with aggravated sexual assault, resulting in recommendation of dismissal of charges.

July 2011: Representation in general court-martial of soldier (E-5) accused of premeditated murder of Afghan national resulting in sentence of life with possibility of parole.

Mar-July 2011: Defense of soldier (E-5) in general court-martial accused of premeditated murder of two fellow soldiers, resulting in soldier avoiding death penalty sought by Prosecutors.

March 2011: Representation of Navy Lieutenant (O-3) at Article 32 in Bahrain on charges of aggravated sexual assault and sexual harassment, resulting in dismissal of all charges.

February 2011: Representation of CO, USS COWPENS, in Navy Board of Inquiry resulting in retirement in grade of O-6.

December 2010: Representation of Navy (O-4) Chaplain in Article 32 hearing accused of assault, battery, fraternization and communicating threats, resulting in dismissal of court-martial charges and disposition at Admiral's Mast.

August 2009 Representation of Marine Lieutenant Colonel (O-5) at Board of Inquiry on charges of adultery, resulting in retention on active duty and retirement in-grade.

June 2008 Successful appeal of soldier's (E-7) rape conviction at U.S. Court of Appeals for the Armed Forces resulting in dismissal of 3 rape charges.

April 2008 Representation of Marine Corps Lieutenant charged with rape of a fellow Lieutenant at the Basic School, resulting in dismissal of all

charges following the Article 32 hearing.

March 2008 Representation of Navy (O-5) Commanding Officer at a Board of Inquiry on accusations of fraternization, resulting in a "no misconduct" finding.

March 2007 Successful BCNR application leading to an order requiring 20 year retirement for a Marine Corps CWO-3 who was discharged following a BOI at 19 years 8 months of service.

March 2006: Representation of Navy Chaplain (O-3) at general court-martial accused of illegal use of cocaine, resulting in acquittal.

September 2004: Representation of Marine Corps Gunnery Sergeant (E-7) in general court-martial for illegal use of cocaine, resulting in acquittal in bench trial.

June 2004 Successful Petition for Extraordinary Relief in the nature of Mandamus at U.S. Court of Appeals for the Armed Forces, resulting in defense counsel access to Major (O-4) client's knowledge of classified information. (60 M.J. 1).

July 2002 Successful BCNR application to win promotion for Navy Commander removed from the (O-6) promotion list by the Secretary of the Navy, resulting in promotion to Captain (O-6) and 8 years payment of back-pay in the grade of (O-6).

February 2001: Representation of CO, USS GREENEVILLE, at Navy Court of Inquiry for negligent homicide, dereliction of duty and hazarding a vessel, resulting in no court-martial charges and retirement in grade without a Board of Inquiry.

Feb-March 1998: Defense of the Sergeant Major of the Army on accusations of sexual assault, sexual harassment, and obstruction of justice resulting in acquittal on 18 of 19 specifications and retirement with pay of Sergeant Major of the Army.

June 1997 Successful Petition for Extraordinary Relief in the nature of Mandamus at U.S. Court of Appeals for the Armed Forces, resulting in Order from the Court to open the Article 32 hearing for the Sergeant Major of the Army. (47 M.J. 363).

September 1995 Successful court-martial appeal in U.S. Court of Appeals for the Armed Forces reversing and setting aside conviction and sentence of Army Sergeant Major on grounds of Unlawful Command Influence (UCI). (43 M.J. 69)

Jan-Sep 1994: Representation of the CO, U.S. Navy Flight Demonstration Squadron at Court of Inquiry involving attendance at the "Tailhook" Convention, resulting in a finding of no misconduct and return of the officer to command of the Blue Angels for the following demonstration season.
